GlobeskoolPrivacy Policy.
Globeskool is built by OmniNomadLLC, a Wyoming, USA company. We collect as little as we can, we never sell or share it, and we never advertise to your child. This page explains what we hold and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you complete the free assessment, we collect only:
- Your email address, so we can send you the report and reach you about it.
- Your child's first name or nickname, which is optional.
- Your child's age.
- Your assessment responses, used to build the report.
That is the complete list. We collect nothing else. We do not share this data with third parties, we do not show your child advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Why we collect it
We use what you share for one purpose: to build your child's personalized Future Readiness Report and to send it to you. Your email also lets us answer a question you send us or honor a request to view, export, or delete your data.
How long we keep it
If you take the assessment but do not go on to use Globeskool, we treat that assessment data as unconverted and delete it automatically after 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
The assessment is designed for a parent or legal guardian to complete on behalf of their child. We follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for handling children's data: we collect only what is needed, we rely on the parent or guardian who completes the assessment, and we never sell, share, or use a child's data for advertising. If you believe a child's data has reached us without a parent's involvement, email privacy@globeskool.com and we will delete it.
Your rights as a parent
Your child's data is yours. At any time you can ask us to:
- View it — we will send you everything we hold for your child.
- Export it — in a readable format, within 48 hours.
- Delete it — permanently, with confirmation once it is done.
Send your request to privacy@globeskool.com from the email address you used for the assessment.
California rights and Do Not Sell or Share (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to access and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
We do not sell or share your personal data — ever. There is nothing to opt out of, because we never sell personal information and never share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. The access and deletion rights above apply to everyone, not only California residents. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@globeskool.com.
